We welcome guests of all abilities and offer an accessible guest room with features designed for guests who utilize a wheelchair, require extra space, have limited mobility, or require hearing or visual assistance. Our common areas, including our public entrance, front desk, route from public entrance to accessible guest rooms and restaurant, are all mobility accessible and accessible guest room doorways provide 32” clearance.

Our coziest rooms, Waves rooms feature queen-sized beds and a newly remodeled bathroom with a lovely tiled, walk in shower. While well suited for the economically-minded beach goer, these rooms are located close to the kitchen and as a result are a bit noisier than our other room types. Included in this room type is our accessible room.
Combers rooms perhaps most effortlessly capture the peaceful and warm ambiance of Higgins Beach Inn. Front facing or corner rooms, they feature queen beds and newly renovated bathroom, these rooms are light and airy and exude a tranquil, beachy feel. This room type is a wonderful choice for couples seeking an enhanced lodging experience.
Swells king rooms are spacious corner rooms, featuring comfortable king beds and larger bathrooms with a bathtub. Our most luxurious accommodations, they are ideal for a getaway with your sweetheart or longer vacations.
Our most spacious room category, Swells suites rooms are located on the first floor and features a sunlit enclosed “porch” with a queen sofa bed, in addition to the existing queen bed. Swells suites feature a full bathtub and are very comfortable for longer stays. This room type is ideal for small families wanting to enjoy a lovely beachside vacation!
Swells with 2 Queen rooms have ample space to accommodate up to 4 guests. Featuring large bathrooms with tubs and two queen beds, these rooms are ideal for a family getaway.
